Childhood neighbor and playmate
Frank and I grew up in the same neighborhood. When we heard he had been lost it was traumatic for all of us. My brother, who was the same age as Frank, was also in Vietnam. We were fortunate to have him return. We have visited Frank's name on the Wall in Washington and today the moving Wall is in our city. I will visit his memorial and say a prayer for Frank and his family and our country.
