I am eleven years younger so I didn't get to know him that well but I still remember Hilton and his brother David taking me to the pool hall in there hometown of Iowa. Just from the few times we met he left an impression on how cool and easy going he was to be around.Hilton is originally from Cow Island,La. where his dad was born. I was good friends with his cousin Danny, and some years later Danny told me that Iris had been killed in Vietnam. I didn't even know that Iris was in the service.
