2nd Cavalry service
I knew thomas in Germany for two years. He was in recon first platoon b-troop. the 2nd cavalry pull border duty on the german border prior to vietnam era. sad to hear of his demise. the platoon had always thought he went back to the states, never knew he re-up.

Thomas and I were in the same company in Lai Khe.He was on recon when he was attacked. I have a picture of him somewhere and I have looked for him forever.He will always be remembered,very brave and very likable. We use to go to Saigon together on convoys and have a few beers.We were in HHC 2/28th inf 1st infantry Divison.He was a lot of fun to be around and I will always remember him.
