“You are Remembered”
Peace and condolence, to the family and friends. “He which hath no stomach, to this fight, let him depart. But we in it, shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother.” Rest in peace brave soldier, you have not been forgotten. (W.Shakespeare) May God Bless you, for your Sacrifice!!!

Joe and I met the first day we were in Nam. We had the same MOS and were sent to the same unit in Cu Chi where we spent the next 12 months together as best friends. We worked together as a team and bunked in the same hooch. We were going to keep in touch after the service and visit each other. I came home in June 1970 and he extended for 6 months. I tried writing him about November but never received a reply. About 3 years ago I tried locating him on the internet but couldn't find his address. Then while looking at the wall website I input his name and to my shock there he was. He was a true friend and a good soldier. I am greatly sadden by finding out he died after I left Viet Nam.
