Contributed By James Patrick Casey On Friday, April 06, 2001 During the Winter/Spring of '68, I commanded 3rd Platoon Charlie Company 3rd Battalion 1st Infantry 11th Light Infantry Brigade.We forayed out of LZ Liz in Quang Ngai Province.I was terribly wounded in June of '68 and spent 18 months in the hospital getting put back together.I was retired as a rsult of my wounds.All these years later, the magnificent courage and sacrifice of my men stuns me to this day.For my brothers who died in the distant Jungle, I love you."The prayers are said and the people rest for sleep is there and the touch of dreams is over all." Contributed By Linda Sugden On Sunday, April 08, 2001 I'm still trying to find anyone who served with PFC-E2 Gerald C Hunsbarger He served in South Vietnam (QUANG NAM) 1966, died June 1966. My family wants to end their pain as to not being able to get answers as to how Gerald was killed, Accidental Homicide!
