He was killed in Kontum, May of 1969 he was with the combat engineers. On the wall he is listed on panel 23W-line 5. I am trying to find anyone who may have known at that time or anyone who might have known him throughout his military career. My name is Teddy and I am his eldest son. Hello, I am searching for the family and/or friends of Major Tommy Gist. From what I can find from a database search, his aircraft went down in QUANG BINH; Dong Hoi Town. I have his POW bracelet (5/18/68) and would like to send a letter to his family, but wouldn't want to cause anyone additional pain than they have already suffered. In search of bumper Sticker

I am a son of Vietnam veteran Sergeant Dan Ewing. My father is still alive living in SD. While on a school trip to Washington DC, I purchased a bumper sticker for him at the wall. It said "UNINVERSITY OF SOUTH VIETNAM SCHOOL OF WARFARE". He treasured the bumper sticker and wanted everyone to see it. He placed it on the bumper of his car for the world to read. Well a couple of years ago due to financial reasons he had to sell the car losing his prize possession. For the last two years I have been in search of this bumper sticker, but have been unsuccessful. He turns 55 this year I want to give this to him as a gift. If anyone can help me I would be in your debt. |

Does anyone know what happen to Rudy Viviani from Eureka,California.In 1969 when I came back home from Nam I went to his mothers house and she never heard from him since 1968.she thinks he may have been killed on a river boat. That was the last letter she recieved from him.We were High school buds in Eureka.Ca.1969. |
