QUANG TRI 70-71.WHO SERVED WITH MY DADDY?
. . Contributed By Tamee Cottrill On Wednesday, August 08, 2001
My name is Tamee, my father CLARENCE (CLYDE) HUFFMAN - served in vietnam in Quang Tri in 70-71. Company D - 1st of the 5th infantry division, 75th BN. I am looking for DAVE HAZLETT that served with him. But I would be extremely grateful to find ANYONE who served with him. My father still finds this very difficult, (and I can understand why) - but I believe that there isn't anything that he needs more than to hear from those he served with. Please contact me at allnighters@hocking.net if you have ANY information that would be helpful. I also want to thank each and every one of you, along with the families that supported all the veterans. I am PROUD to be the daughter of a vietnam vet! THANK YOU!

196th LIB
. . Contributed By Mark Robinson On Monday, August 13, 2001
I am looking information on men I served with in the 196th LIB. I was in Viet Nam from April 1968 till April 1969. I was in C company from what I can remember and only have limited nick names to draw from. I'm sure the Vets reading this know what I'm saying as far as having complete names we always used nick's. Two nick names I recall was Shorty a guy from New York, And Smitty a guy from down south who knows where. These two guys looked out for me as I did them and the only reason I'm sure we came home in one piece is due to covering each others backsides. If anyone has any idea's on how with such limited information I could start a search please help me out.
