Lt. Wesley Dallas Ratzel, Scraton, Pa . . Contributed By Debbie Alexander On Saturday, September 22, 2001 When I was 15, I wore Lt. Wesley D. Ratzel, MIA bracelet, I have since then lost this item, but I have not lost my connection to him. I am trying to locate family members to connect with them as I might have been very young, but also very feeling as well. I feel I know him, without knowing him.
