My mom was adopted at birth and just found out that Aubery Jacobs Jr. was her brother. Anyone that knew him or anything about him we would love to know. He died in 1968. We may not have know him but if we could learn things about him it might make the pain of never knowing him easier.

I am looking for anyone that was at Binh Duong around Aug.5,1968 to Oct.5,1968. My uncle was there and I am looking for any information I can get on him. His name was Aubrey Eugene Jacobs Jr. He is my uncle and my mom is his sister and she was adopted at birth and never had the chance to met him. I know he was married but not sure if he had any children. Any I can find out about him would be helpful. Please help if you can. My father, William K. Alameda, died on Nov 1 1968, 2 months before I was born. He was in the 1st Infantry, 5th Artillery, and died in Tay Ninh at night. He entertained everyone, playing the ukulele, and I would like to find his friends to learn more about him.

All men, and women that served during the Viet Nam War. These are truly my brothers, and sisters forever. I served in the U.S. Marine Corp. in the 1St. Marine Air Wing during this war. I went to Parris Island to a graduation last month. You know I could see the faces of my buddies that are not able to come home again. I miss them all.

bubby was my cousin. he died before i was born he died on april 1 1970. i didn't learn about bubby until i was doing a homework report in high school for rotc. and that is when my mom told me about my cousin bubby dieing in vietnam and i have been looking for people who knew him since. and i have had no luck. i have tried the freedom of information act but due to him being my 3rd cousin they will not let me have any of his records. my other cousin has tried as well and she is "bubby's" first cousin and they would'nt give the info either so if there is someone out there who knew bubby please help me in my quest to get to know him
