Have had bracelet for George W. Long, Medicine KS, VN 1968. Would very much like to give to family member. I believe the promise was to wear it until they come home. The information I have is that he is HOME. My condolences to those who loved him and miss him.

Patrick my darling cousin you have never been out of my heart and my memories.You are so special to your sister, Michelle, and I. I remember the day you were leaving, not our hearts, but our home. You were so brave and your smile is always in my memory.When the news came about your death, I refused to believe it.The soldier that brought your body home was able to tell us about your not wanting to get in to the tank, and you just kept up the fight. I was so angry with you, why did he do that? This soldier said even though you were hurt you kept shooting so the other's could get in and be safe. I love you Patrick, I miss you so much. Every May I remember you, every Memorial Day I pray for you, I weep about the unknowing if you suffered, where you were when you died. You were not alone, for God your Father was there with you, to take you home, no more pain, no more fear. I will see you again my sweet cousin, I have assurance of that fact, for I am a child of God, and God's son Jesus Christ is my Savior. All our Love and Prayers. Michelle and Rosemary.
