Robert DeLuca namduke@comcast.net Brother Marine Wareham, Mass. 02571 Marty and I crossed paths in Okinawa about Aug. 14th or 15th 1967 me coming back from Nam and him on his way over. It was a instant friendship. We were both from Boston and Marines. I have never forgotten Marty in the short time we had together. The thing I remember most and it has stuck with me all these years is when I said to him take care and i'll see you in Boston, he said see you in Boston Bean!! Marty I know we talked Sox you would be so happy they have won 2 world Series. See you at the Gates. I know your guarding them.

MY GOOD FRIEND marty and me, were, very good friends. we met, down the port in neponset, hung around, with good friends. marty was, a good looking guy. the chicks loved him.. I think, of marty, every so often, that's why, i'm writing this... I and his, fellow port, rat gang, miss him.. he joined the marines, a few months, before i joined, the army, special forces.. i also, went to vietnam, april, '67.... i miss u, MARTY.
