Veterans Day
Thinking of you today as everyone make posts on fb about honoring our veterans. I honor you daily, not just on Veterans Day. Miss you, Love you! I find it so humbling that you, just short of your 22nd birthday died protecting the people of South Vietnam and protecting the USA from the spread of Communism. I was only 11 years when you died, now I am almost 58 years and my daughters are 30 years and 27 years. You were so young and so brave! I look forward to the day I will see you again in heaven

43 years ago you were still living. You were fighting in Vietnam, but you were still living. 43 years ago Martin Luther King Jr. was killed - I remember this and little did I know 13 days later you would also die. Dad is now with you in Heaven, I take great comfort knowing this. But I miss the two of you! Till I see you again - I Love You.

We Marines Salute You Medic Hero's
As a Marine, leaving the Corps, 1963, before the start of Vietnam, I respected our Navy Corpsman for being there for us during time of peace! Little did we Marines know that this was soon to change and because of hero's like you many of us returned!
