I could only think of what it was like over there since I didn't make it. Was in the marines an off the coast in early 1972 during the pull out on a LST but didn't have to go in. Once again I would like to say THANKS all the comments sent in, to say I know how it feels to lose someone close to you if not in the vietnam war, but in all the places we have been or now.
