MARINE VET
TO HONOR THIS BRAVE CORPSMAN
Well the name DOC is something to behold. Not everyone can be a DOC It takes a man with special courage and conviction to be a NAVY CORPSMAN (DOC). These men go into battle with not weapons but with medical kits. and then when the battle is at it's fiercest than the call come DOC up. and while bullets and bombs going off the CORPSMAN goes out to aid his fallen charges. These MEN are real HERO'S and we should remember there deeds daily. SEMPER FI DOC and THANK YOU. You are not forgotten DOC.

Miss You Still
Doc your he first one I meet when I arrived at Mike 3/26. We laughed about being green to Vietnam. Said I learn fast. You bet me I would start smoking before long. Its been 41 years and I still don't smoke. Think about the short time I knew you and how you laughed when I was wounded on the 26 January 1969. You asked me why I didn't duck. Told me on the hospital ship to bring diner back out when I returned. I kept that promise and came back out with fried chicken from the rear. I still think about that morning. Jack your missed along with Sgt Hill and others who gave there life. Rest in peace Glenn Bauer
