Another good man lost to war
John and I were neighbors growing up. One of our favorite pastimes was to be soldiers fighting the Germans. He always spoke of wanting to be a Marine. Although I didn't see him again after I graduated, those were such great years for us both. I will forever remember him fondly and as a fellow veteran I can truthfully say that his bravery and death will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace

He was a man in a boys' body and loved by all. I was 16 and he was 19 when we lost him. He gave his life for the country he loved so much and he was proud to be a Marine. I became a Marine a year later, but I could never hope to leave the legacy he did. He will always be my big brother, my protector, and my inspiration. God rest your soul, big brother. You are dearly missed, but you are in good hands. I love you.we all love you Tom
