SOME CAME FROM THE EAST COAST CITIES SOME FROM THE RURAL AREAS OF THE EASTERN STATES MANY CAME FROM THE MIDWESTERN STATES FROM THE PLAINS TO THE ROCKY MOUNTIANS SOME CAME FROM PLACES LIKE DALLAS OR SANTE FE, MANY CAME FROM THE FAR WEST PLACES LIKE LA., SEATTLE, TUSCAN SOME CAME FROM ALASKA AND HAWAII AND GUAM. THEY ALL CAME TO THIS LITTLE COUNTRY OF VIET-NAM TO HELP THIER FELLOW MAN. AND THESE MEN ON THIS BLACK WALL LEFT BEHIND THIER LIFE'S SO THAT WE COULD LIVE OUR'S!! ATTENTION A MARINE HAS GIVEN HIS ALL! AND I SALUTE THAT MAN FOR HE IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF MAN. A UNITED STATES MARINE! I AM HONORED TO WRITE ON HIS MEMORIAL
