Barbara Ellis-Dowden bar_by1657@yahoo.com Half-Sister Anderson, IN 46013 USA Proud to have been a part of your life, no matter how brief! (on the Ellis/Garner side of the family) You were the oldest of the four of us. The things I remember are of how you took care of me, being the baby girl amongst three brothers. I was 13 years old when you died. I will never forget that day. I was angry that war had taken you from us, when I was never given the chance to really know you. You died as you lived, the big brother, a leader among men! I AM proud to be your sister. I AM proud God allowed you to touch so many lives in such a short time. Thank you Bobby Earl for fighting for MY freedom! Thank you for fighting for OUR country's freedom at such a controversial time. You will never be forgotten! Bless you for this site. Wish I had found it years ago. Sunday, November 20, 2005 |
