Charles B. Porter CBP0521@aol.com Friend Vancouver,WA 98682 USA I was stationed with Woodie at NKP. Just a couple of days before his death we had been downtown NKP drinking beer. Now he's in heaven having one with the man himself. He died a true American hero. God bless him always. Thursday, December 16, 1999 |

Charles Phillips CNPHILLIPS1@AOL.COM friend 116 Ford St Beckley, WV 25801 usa Good times Woody and I were stationed together in 1967/68 at Homestead Fl. We fished, caught rattle snakes and had a few beers and good times. He took me and my wife out for our 1st anniversary. I hate it so much for his wife laurie. he was a hell of a good guy and friend. I've missed him over the years. yet, he was doing what he always wanted to be doing, helicopter crew member. He was good at it. Sunday, May 28, 2006 |
