Cathy McClung cath_fl1@yahoo.com FL., 34655, USA I, too, have proudly worn, my POW/MIA., bracelet, since 1971. It bears the name, of William Brashear. I often get asked, if he was, a relative and I always answer no, he was a hero, who served his country, proudly. His anniversary is, coming up, soon. Thirty eight, years and I will continue, to wear this bracelet, in honor, of LtC., William Brashear. (on my bracelet, is inscribed, Major, William Brashear.) May God, grant his family, peace... Donna Driscoll bracelet wearer Daly City, CA. I don't know why, but today I felt the need, to look up my bracelet, GI. I too, am very grateful, for his service and I pray, for his family and wish them to know, that he has not, been forgotten. When the traveling wall comes, to the city, I make sure, to get a shade trace, of his name. I wish there was more, that I could do. Jan 8, 2007 |
