Missing you
http://Michael, As the years go by, the pain continues. Our Mom has missed you and she has never been the same without you. As I hear about today's news, the loss of life of our brave service men and women it brings the day you left us more painful.
we are so proud of you. There isn't a day that we don't mourn for you. Tinker is such a wonderful man,has a great son and wife. All of Lana and Brenda's kids have grown and have kids of their own. I am telling you this but I know you and Daddy are looking down upon us. As you know all of Mom and Dad's family has passed on. I miss you so much. I have a wonderful wife and two rotten dogs, you would love all three of them. Michael would you please continue to come to me in my dreams, it is the only contact I have. If I could have helped you I would in a minute, I would trade place with you, you are such a wonderful person. Kiss Daddy for me and tell everyone that I will see them soon.

Don't grieve for me,I'm free I'm following the path God has laid you see.I took His hand when I heard Him call I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day to laugh,to love,to work,to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way I found that peace at the close of day. If my parting has left a void then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss oh yes, these things I will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life's been full, I savored much good friends, good times, a loved one's touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and peace to thee. God wanted me now He set my free.

Thirty Five years of memories
This is my first time on this sight, some how it is saved as My Favorites, some how I guess I found it and saved it. I do not remember, but I don't remember a lot about good things from my times in Viet Nam. I remember all of my men and those that were left behind. But I saw that no one had writen to you Mike so I thought the my dear friend and fellow marine Mike Debrina would not mind. He is on the wall with you, two Mike's and two excellent Marines. I want to thank both of you Mike's for staying on duty all these years. I see you guys every day and night and I am with you and relive all of the good and bad times that you had. God Bless you both and Semper Fi from a greatfull and humble Marine. Joe
