Renee  Tally - Stefanoff reneestefanoff@yahoo.com Friend 1505 Greencastle Ave. Rowland Heights CA 91748 USA Died to young but never forgotten. I still have every letter Frank sent me. Last letter he sent he was so happy and excited. He was going to be a drill saregent, at Camp Pendelton. My last letter to him was returned to me after his funeral. My husband of over 43 years has asked, why do you keep his letters. I told him he was so young someone needs to remember the guy with a beautiful voice and smile. He gave the ultimate sacarfice for all of us and he knew he was doing that. Since he was a machine gunner the Marines gave him 2 minutes to live once he hit the beach. He made it almot to the end of his time in Vietnam but was injured on some hill. Frank died on the way home. At that time kids didn't have the vote. When my son turned 18 I insited that he vote. Many service people died for us. Thank god for them. We all need to remember. Love Renee Jul 9, 2013
Robert F  Alvarenga ba4estfls@yahoo.com friend Po Box 205 Forest Falls Ca. 92339 US Never Forgotten Frank I met you In 1962 at Saint Bernards High School in Playa Del Rey and knew you till 1964 when I transferred to Hamilton High in LA. Periodically I have thought of you and other friends given to Viet Nam, who like you will always be 19 years old. It's hard to fathom that it has been 45 years since you left. I still remember the young Italian kid in Mr. Lynch's class. The ready smile and the kindness that emanated from you. While I knew you only briefly in the span of time, your death and the sadness of it impacted me from the day I heard of it. Thank you, and like the others on this page, know you will never be forgotten..BA Jul 18, 2012

Tess Williams Childhood neighbor and playmate Frank and I grew up in the same neighborhood. When we heard he had been lost it was traumatic for all of us. My brother, who was the same age as Frank, was also in Vietnam. We were fortunate to have him return. We have visited Frank's name on the Wall in Washington and today the moving Wall is in our city. I will visit his memorial and say a prayer for Frank and his family and our country. Tuesday, July 23, 2002
