You had, such promise and deserved, to live a wonderful life. I hope, you have somehow been aware, of what your loss has meant, to family and friends. Gary has been so affected, by the loss, of your friendship and he has told me often, how he wished you two, had grown, old together and been fishing buddies, all these years. It is very hard to express, our feelings here, but I'am, doing my best. Please, just know you did not, die in vain. He was the crew chief, on the chopper, whose mission was to evacuate soldiers, under heavy fire. He was killed, trying to rescue GI's, in a firefight! Sunday, December 05, 1999
