The Father and Hero I Never Met
Seems as though I think of you a lot lately. I never had the honor to meet you, however I do have the honor of your last name. I thank you for your sacrifice for my life, the life of my mother (your wife), the lives of my children (your grandchildren) and my grandchildren (your great-grandchildren). I keep you alive in their eyes and see your face frequently through mine. Love you and miss you!!!! Forever my hero!!

Ultimate Sacrifice
I am sending my respects to a Great Uncle that I never met. As an Air Force member for the past 17 years, I'm currently assigned to Joint POW/MIA Command which has taken me to Laos and Vietnam to find and return to loved ones, those who were lost in the Vietnam Era Conflict. Having the opportunity to walk amongst such sacred grounds so many years later after your ultimate sacrifice gives me a sense of respect, admiration and gratitude for what you did for me, my family and our country. Thank you Jack Cecil Duff!

A Sister's Love
There are no words, that come, to me. There are no adjectives, that I can use, to adequately describe the pain, we felt. The Loss, we continue to feel, or the overwhelming sense, of Pride, that will forever, be felt. I was still so young, the night, you came, to say goodbye. Forever etched in my mind, your gentle touch, as you cradled me, in your arms and our tearful goodbye. Something in me, has always told me you, knew this was, our final goodbye. You, may be gone in body, dear brother, but your spirit, lives on. You live, within our hearts and never far, from our thoughts. We know you, are safe and out of harms way, forever more, Rest, with the Angels, Dear Brother. I Love you.

I Shall Never Forget You, Dear Brother
Dear Brother, Jack: The years, may pass and time may take some, of the pain, of your loss, but NEVER does, the memory fade of who, you were, in my life and how much, you are loved and missed, by all who, knew and loved, you so. I know you, are in heaven, with Mom and Dad and brother Gary, keeping watch. I rejoice in myself, the day, when we will, all be reunited, once again. Until then, rest well my HERO, rest well.
