“You are Remembered”
Peace and condolence, to the family and friends. “He which hath no stomach, to this fight, let him depart. But we in it, shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother.” Rest in peace brave soldier, you have not been forgotten. (W.Shakespeare) May God Bless you, for your Sacrifice!!!

i wear, his pow/mia., bracelet
it is my understanding, that capt., dennis eilers, [cedar rapids, iowa] was co-piloting an ac., 47d -aka., 'spooky, 21,' at the time, of his disappearance, dec., 24, 1965, over laos. he was only, 27, yrs., old and to this date, his remains have, never been recovered, nor, have the remains, of the other 5, personal involved, in the incident: over 600, servicemen, disappeared in laos, but these men, were never negotiated, for either by direct negot., between our countries, or through, the paris, peace accords, which ended the war, in vietnam, since laos, was not a party, to that aggreement.

I was privileged to wear a bracelet with Capt. Eilers' name on it, received when we were stationed at Clark AB, P.I. in 1969-1971. It was mislaid and recently found -I searched this web site hoping that he may have survived. I hope to return the bracelet to a friend or family member. Mary Gayfield

MIA bracelet
When I was a child, my mother and I used to send care packages to the troops in Vietnam. I have had Dennis Eilers' MIA bracelet since that time (1966/67). I was hoping to return the bracelet to one of his loved ones. Please contact me with any information about this hero and his family.
