To the Family of Carroll E. Fankhauser, For our eighth grade trip we went to Washington D.C. We visited many memorials, but the most life changing memorial was the Vietnam Wall. We each researched one Veteran and I happened to come upon Carroll's name because he shares the same name as my grandfather. Mr. Fankhauser's courageous service will not be forgotten and he will always have a place in my heart.
