Maddog, 3/3 Squad leader, C, Co., 1/12th, 4th, Inf. I still can't believe, May 27, 1969, went down, like it did. How could anyone, give the order, to open fire on 1,300, NVA., troops? I was one, of the lucky, 40, pulled out, of LZ., X-Ray, on May 29th. I wish, you and your squad, could have been, there too. You were, a brother, in arms and a true, American hero. Sep 26, 2007

Mary Lesch marycatherine@toledotel.com Sister My brother, My best friend. I think of you every day. http://www.geocities.com/philt11b40/index.html I cannot believe how after all these years, we miss him just as much as ever. He was always the best. We laughed until we cried over the dumbest stuff, as kids. Those were dear and innocent days and I'm glad we had them. I keep hearing from men who fought beside him and am told that he died saving the lives of his men. That was so like him. There are many who walk this earth better people because they take courage from memories of my brother. Welcome home, Pat. Friday, January 21, 2005
Frank Hannaford frank20@cox.net Born and raised, in same city 5412, Grand Avenue, Omaha, NE., 68104, USA It is Veteran's Day, 2003. I have come, to reflect on each, of you, from Napa, that shared a portion, of our lives. Given that, I was born, in then 'little' Napa, during 1947, and by the time we left, in the 60's, there was, still only one, High School. I have to believe, our paths crossed, more than once. At the time, you made, the ultimate sacrifice, I was, in the Air Force. Now, more years later, than I can count, here I'am, trying, to grasp the meaning, of it all. We were all, so young then. God Bless and Keep You. I will, never forget. Tuesday, November 11, 2003
