Bob, it seems like yesterday we were in basic together at Ft Campbell. We went to Nam at different times and I did'nt know that you were gone until I called your home in New Hope after I got back. It was your dad that gave me the news. You were my best buddy in basic and I knew we would've been life long friends had you come home. I think of you often and sometimes feel guilty that I came home when so many like yourself did'nt. I know you were a good solder, I'll always remember you and so will my family.

“You are Remembered”
Peace and condolence, to the family and friends. "He which hath no stomach to this fight let him depart.
But we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother.” Rest in peace brave soldier, you have not been forgotten. (W. Shakespeare) May God Bless You for your Sacrifice!!!

Thought I would visit since I havent been here for a while. I am very sad today thinking about you and the short life you lived. Just doesent seem fair some how. I really do miss you even though we never really had a chance to get know each other very well. I was 14 and you were 15. You were never allowed to come outside and hang with us. I never understood that. AN EPITAPH As shining sand-drift, Think of me, Warm, white and glistening near the sea: Like gold-dust gleaming Which to-day Light-blowing sea-winds Whirl away. I died so long ago That none may tell My name, my place, my labor or my fame: Thus I sleep well. Margaet Sackville

In remembrance of your birthday. Thank you for the ultimate sacrifice for such an unthankful nation. I am sorry that you like many before and after are not celebrated as much as you should be, HEROES to everyone. Unknown to me, but never forgotten. Numbers 6:24-26 The LORD bless you and keep you the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you The LORD lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace
