Howard Plunkett plunkett-abq@worldnet.att.net Capt Paul Mongillo was the Electronic Warfare Officer in a Wild Weasel F-105F on 17 December 1967 who was struck in the head and killed by a pellet from a cluster bomb unit. The CBU accidentally fired after being jettisoned from a USAF plane flying above his aircraft. His pilot landed their plane at Udorn RTAB, Thailand. Capt Mongillo belonged to the 44 TFS from Korat RTAB, Thailand. Tuesday, December 28, 1999
