Arlene Yarber - Kukla arlenekukla@hotmail.com Loving friend and co-worker 80 Innsbruck Belleville, Illinois 62226 USA My Sweet Friend, Charlie When I was 20 years old and Charlie was also 19-20 years old, we worked together at International Shoe Company in St. Louis, Mo. There were a gang of us "young kids" that regularly ate lunch together and were friends. Charlie was a totally crazy, funny, and witty guy. He was quick, smart and soft-hearted. He often spoke of his mother who he said had died - he missed her very much. Charlie always had a place in my memory and heart because we were on the "same link" in many areas. I will always love him and miss him. Friday, August 03, 2001
Kimberly Kimmel-Ober kimabmitz@earthlink.net admirer Encinitas, California, United States, of America For HN/E-3, Charles Bernard and all those, who knew him and loved him, I just want to say, thank you, for your dedication and sacrifice! Please know, that you have, not been forgotten and always, will hold a special place, in my heart! It would have been nice, to have known, you, as a person and I greatly, appreciate your service! I just wish, you, did not, have to pay, so high, a price! You forever will, be a hero, in my eyes! Monday, December 03, 2001
I'm Anonymous Just a note, to thank YOU, for YOUR sacrifice, to a great nation. Tuesday, December 18, 2001
JUST ANOTHER SAILOR Another shining examples, of a brave, Corpman, who well, could have spent his enlistment, in a squeaky clean sickbay, passing out pills. Ask any combat, Marine, what they think, of Navy Corpman. God Bless Him and God, Bless America. Friday, December 03, 2004
