“You are Remembered”
Peace and condolence, to the family and friends. "He which hath no stomach to this fight let him depart. But we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother.” Rest in peace brave soldier, you have not been forgotten. (W.Shakespeare) May God Bless You for your Sacrifice!!!

MY BUDDY PHEIFFER
Pheiffer, I went and got you on April 17, 1968 and helped Doc. Blakely place you on the Dust Off. I could not find you on THE WALL but Sgt. Pete provided me with your middle name and finally I found you on THE WALL my buddy. I still remember what we talked about one day in Nam, but guess what buddy, its our secret. Pheiffer, I am in tears right now. You know that I will never forget you buddy. I will visit your home town because that was our plan. Your Buddy, Marty Martinez

Michael, I didn't get the chance to know you, but remember the day you were killed. You, Larry Chapman, Edward Vicks, Louis Mucha, and Sgt. Bill Mouton were all killed that day. Rest in Peace, you are not forgotten.

Rest in peace my brother. I placed you on that Dust off chopper April 17th,1968 while we were under fire. I tried to contact Colleen who wrote here but her address has changed. Please contact me if you like. Mike was fairly new to us and I didn't know him well. I will never forget him and the others that died that day and were wounded. Too many. God bless your family and friends. Doc

You, Sir, Have Not Been Forgotten!

I had the opportunity to visit The Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington DC. I was so overwhelmed with sorrow and pain that I could not hold back the tears for those heroes and their families who lost so much. Though my visit to the Wall was a few years ago, I feel that I left a piece of my heart there. To honor those who died in the Vietnam War and to say thank you I created a small tribute to those heroes. Please click on the link above to view memorial website.
