John, your sister Patsy was my friend, I admired you and am forever grateful to you for the service you gave to our country. I wish you could have made it home. See ya later Hero John and do tell our school mates Randall Hixson and Jimmy Benton and my beloved Lonnie Floyd Hello when you see them!

Thanks Dad
I just wanted to say thanks dad for being my hero. I never got to meet you. But I did get to know you through the letters you sent home to mom. Dad you are always in my heart, and in my mind. I love you very much, and I try to carry myself in the mannor becoming an officer. You have 4 beautiful grandchildren, Tyler (16), Chase (14), Bryce (11), and Cassidy (9) and a beautiful daughter-in-law Kaite. They know who you are and what you stood for and they know that you would have thought they hung the moon. Thank you for you sacrifice, and I look forward to seeing you in Heaven one day. Take care, and know you are painfully missed, and that we are ok, Rest in Peace. Your Proud Son, John D. Reynolds
