I visited the travelling memorial today to find your name. I grew up in St. Ann and that makes me feel a certain bond with you. Thank you for your ultimate sacrifice. I am a member of the Patriot Guard and will ride in the future in your memory. You will not be forgotten.

Peace and condolence, to the family and friends. "He which hath no stomach to this fight let him depart. But we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother.” Rest in peace brave soldier, you have not been forgotten. (W.Shakespeare) May God Bless You for your Sacrifice!!!

Alan ~ I was in Nam when my family told me of your passing. I've reflected on our friendship many times since then. Back in 1995, my daughter and I were back in D.C. and visited the Wall. When I found your name, I knelt in silent reverence to honor you and all of our "brothers" who fought so gallantly. Through tears I thanked you for being my friend and gave a special prayer for your family. I left a small Alaska Flag pin in your memory. The Moving Wall is coming to our community next month. I will be there to remember once again. My dad just passed away last year. He was a lance corporal USMC in WWII. May God watch over both of you. Semper Fi! Cliff Stone, Radioman 1st Class - U.S. Navy
