For my dad who gave his life in the Vietnam war. It has now been 45 years since you left us. I still think of you often and I spend a lot of my time with the American Legion Riders which I am proud to say that I am the director of our chapter. We are committed to help veterans like your self who have sacrificed for our country. I do this mostly because I am trying to give back as much as I can to help make up for the sacrifice that you gave. I will never be able to sacrifice as much as you did but I will continue to help our fellow veterans for as long as I am able. Love, your son Billy. 51 Years old.

I had the opportunity to visit The Vietnam Memorial Wall. I was so overwhelmed with sorrow and pain that I could not hold back the tears for those heroes and their families who lost so much. Though my visit to the Wall was a few years ago, I feel that I left a piece heart there. To honor those who died in the Vietnam War and to say thank youŕI created a small tribute to those heroes.
