Bill  Tucker tuckeerwilliam6358@yahoo.com Fellow Veteran also with D Troop 902 Main Street Cleveland Illinois 61241 USA One of the best from my generation Although I never met you, I was told by Captain Austin you were the one who took my place when I went home. I suspect Heaven got a little bit better when you went there. I am so very sorry to hear of your death. Captain Austin was your pilot when you were killed. You were one of many who were the Greatest of my generation. I went home early from my tour and that makes me sad to know things may have been different if I had stayed in Vietnam. Thank you James for your service to our country. Bill Tucker May 26, 2012

Garnet Jenkins Grand Junction Co. ~Tribute to a Fallen Hero~
In Remembrance of this Young Soldier, with a Multitude of Thanks for his Courage, Service and Dedication to our Country and for Freedom. Rest well Pvt. James Edward Weston and know that you will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. I am the sister of such a young hero, who made the Supreme Sacrifice in Vietnam 1967... ...Rest Your Head Now, Weary Soldier. Cast Your Weapons To The Ground. Close Your Eyes And Feel The Peace, The Light Of Jesus Fold Around. Heed Not Our Earthly Battle Cries, There Is No Post For You To Stand, So Rest Now As He Carries You Within His Loving Hand. Do Not Look Back Upon Us, Disregard Our Selfish Tears, Walk In The Sunlight Of The Spirit, Free Of War Or Pain And Fear. Your Duty Here Is Done Now, As Ours Will Someday Be, So Go Him Now To Places Only Heroes See. ~Author Unknown~

Manuel Pino 2/8 Bco 1st Cav-68-69 MPJR54@MSN.COM Fellow Vietnam Army Vet In the rising and setting of the sun, we remember them. In the blowing of the wind and the chill of the winter, we remember them. In the opening of the buds, the blueness of the sky, the rustle of the leaves and the blanketing of the snow, we remember them. When we are weary, lost , and sick at heart, when we have joys to share , we remember them. For as long as we live they too shall live, for they are a part of us always. Sunday, April 23, 2006
