Contributed By Sheila A Hensley-Hess On Thursday, September 23, 2004 I'm looking for any Veitnam Vet. who served with my brother.He was killed sept. 19th in the Nui Mieu mountians. His group,Company B,1st Battalion Airborne,173 Airborn Brigade. Mark(my brother) and his company was searching for a Viet Cong prision of war camp at the time of his death. Two of his fellow soldiers entered a cave and were fired on by the emeny. Mrak disregarded his pesonal saftey and entered the cave to save the lives of his buddies and complete the mission. While carrying one of the wounded to the cave enterance Mark was killed. If any soldier remembers this selfless young man I would love to here from you. As my Dad has never accepted his death. SP4 Joe B Ojeda . . Contributed By Barbara Hill On Wednesday, January 26, 2005 I was the fiancT of Joe B Ojeda. We got engaged in Hawaii He was with CRIP as part of HHC, 1st Battalion, (Mech), 2nd Brigade, 5th Infantry (Bobcats), 25th Infantry Division (Tropical Lightning) located at Cu Chi arriving in-country on February 25, 1969. Joe was KIA in BINH DUONG, SOUTH VIETNAM on Dec 9, 1969. He was killed by a booby trap.
