This was my father born Dunlap, Iowa on Dec 10, 1940. He was killed at QUANG TRI .I would like to know of anyone who could remember him or who might have served with him. He was in his third tour when he was killed by aMORTAR his body was recovered May 21, 1971. I am his daughter and would love to speak to anyone about this man my beloved father.

Where would I need to go to get the qualifying info. for name placement on the Wall? If a Veteran served in VietNam, stayed active, and was killed state-side while on active duty , would this qualify him to have name placed on wall?

This was found in the information about Robin Richardson from Excelsior Springs, Missouri. I attempted to contact this website directly via email and all my attempts were undeliverable? I would appreciate knowing exactly what this phrase means.

I'm a student, and I'm doing a paper on the Vietnam War, so I went to the wall and looked for someone who died on my birthday. I'm wondering if anyone here knows Mr. Hammerstrom, because I'd just like to ask about what type of person he was. The paper is done, gone, and over with.I'm just curious for personal reasons. Thanks!
