The POW/MIA Flag at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial is only flown 6 days a year. The POW/MIA Flag should be flown every day of the year. Please Contact Bruce Babbitt Secretary of the Interior. Let him know that we want the flag flown every day. For God and Country!

I just wanted to say thank you all. I was just a kid during the war, and hardly remember it, but it's left an impression on me. On that I feel very strong about. My sister eventually married a Vietnam Veteran, who served with the 3rd Recon. I have sen the troubles that he has endured, and the sorry that he dwells in. It's a terrible thing, and I hope more people become aware of our vetrans plight. I want to say thank you. You turely are America's Best!

Placing a Letter at the Wall
. . Contributed By Dave Hrusch On Tuesday, June 06, 2000
I recently attended ceremonies at the Wall this last Memorial Day. Upon returning, I had an email from the sister of a buddy who died of PTSD shortly after returning from Nam. She had asked me to place her letter at the Wall but I got it too late. Does anyone know if I can mail this letter to be placed at the Wall?

I have a bracelet for Lt. Col. Erich C. Engelhard. I would be honored to return it to a family member. My daughter found his name on the wall & took a rubbing - I look at it everyday. I would love to learn more about him.
