POW/MIA Bracelet

I am a retired Air Force member and I served with the 8th TFW, Ubon Thailand 69-70. I wear a bracelet with the following name: SMSgt Kenneth D. McKenney USAF 15 May 66 Laos, Massachusetts. I cannot find any data on this MIA, not even on the wall. Can some one help in gaining info.

I received information on SMSgt Kenneth D. Mc Kenney today but there seems to be some conflicting information on the date he was lost in Laos and when his tour began. How can I get the information corrected ?
