My husband just passed away of a heart attack on June 10,2000. He served in Vietnam beginning in 1968 and received a Purple Heart. Is he eligible to have his name added to the wall or is the wall only for those who passed away in the war? Thank you

My father,MSG RICHARD C. KEEFE was his friend. I have a picture of them at the Vung-Tau R&R Center on 10/28/67. I would like to find him.I do not know his first name or what unit he was with. My dad was with 1st Air Cav, 2/12th.he arrived in Nam 7/4/67 and was killed 1/7/68. God Bless, Debby
