It has been almost 34 years since being with my friend, Timothy Hanniga, on the day he died in Viet Nam. I think about him, often, and know that some day we will be together, again. Prayers need be said for all veterans and their families. |

I am looking for the family of this soldier. I have been wearing his bracelet for about 10 years, and saw that he is listed in the exchange. My baby daughter was born 1-8-02, 29 years to the day that he went MIA. Thank you, to all of you who fought for our counrty and for freedom of all people. I am presently looking for written accounts, either written at the time of the Vietnam War or written in retrospective format. I am considering publishing a book of people's accounts of Vietnam and would like to try and collect as many different stories as possible. The more personal the story, the better. I have some pictures of him in country with several others but do not know who they are. I have taken my children to the traveling wall to teach them about all of those who gave their lives in the line of duty. to respect our vetrans and to give thanks to you all.
