Remembering all the Vietnam Veterans . . Contributed By Carolyn D. On Saturday, July 13, 2002 Just wanted to let all of you Nam Vets know that thanks to a great guy named Lee Grimes and his buddies who believe in Veterans from all conflicts, all Vietnam Vets will be honored again for the 5th year in a row on Aug. 3rd, 2002 in Centralia, WA. Lee is the director of our local Veterans Museum in Centralia, and he and his cronies make sure that every year all vets from all conflicts are honored. My Dad was with the FSSF during WWII and I am a grateful supporter of all Veterans. My Dad taught me how to grow into the woman I am today, but the most important lesson he ever taught me is how to respect my freedom and the men and women who died, were wounded and who just plain fought to preserve my freedom to raise my family and grandchildren. I have instilled in the hearts of my kids and grandkids the pride of "Old Glory" and of our veterans and to never forget who gave their all to give us what we have today. THANK YOU ALL, WWI,WWII, KOREA, VIETNAM, GULF WAR, AND THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO I MAY HAVE FORGOT, AND TO THE ONES SERVING AT THIS TIME. WE APPRECIATE YOUR SACRIFICES!
