How to Add a Name to The Wall***

I am looking for information on how to have a name added to the wall. My father-in-law died as a direct result of Agent Orange. We live on the west coast, so obtaining information has been difficult. I appreciate any help given.

I was born in 1957 and grew up a military (brat) which I'm very proud of. I grew up during the Veitnam War and had a couple of freinds who's dad fought in that war. I have always respected the men and women who fought for me and my country, It's just ashame that the people that were left behind are still on the back burner of our government. I just want to say thank you very much for what's you did. My thoughts and prays go out to everyone, God Bless you and GOD BLESS AMERICA.

I'm looking for two friends I went to high school with in Blytheville Arkansas in 1972 and 73. They are brother whos names are Mark and Pat Reese. There father if I'm not mistaken was Lt Col who was a pilot of a B-52 who got shot down during our stay at Blytheville. If there's anyone out there who has any information on these boy's it would be greatly appreciated as they have been in my thought's all these year's
