We are moving and rededicating a memorial to soldiers who died in the Vietnam War. We wish to contact the families of these soldiers for a ceremony to be held on Veterans Day, 2003. Can you help us? We have the soldiers' names but not the names of family members. All the soldiers are from St. Charles County, Missouri. Thank you for any help you can give. Please let me know I can give specifics on where he was when he ran into hostile fire. My brother's name is Bobby Portugal, he fell to hostile fire when he was 21 yr. old.
