SGT Neal was my cousin and I am currently working on my families geneaology and would like to hear from anyone who knew him in Vietnam. His tour of duty started on Oct 3, 1967 and he died on August 17, 1968 in Lam Dong. It states that he was an "accidental homicide" a non-hostile ground casualty. If anyone has any info or rememberances of him please contact me. God Bless All of our Military Personnel.

Who Was Terry A. Ruth?

LT Ruth was awarded the Silver Star, the Bronze Star Medal, two Purple Hearts, and numerous other medals signifying his courageous and patriotic soul. He died under hostile fire on September 8, 1968. I have learned about his death, but I would like much more to learn about his life. I am a researcher of Vietnam casualties for Indiana. If anyone has information about him or where to contact his friends and family, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I attended Frankfurt American High School and lived in Butzbach, Germany with Ralph and his Sister. I am trying to ceate a memorial page on the Frankfurt High School Alumni site and could use any information, pictures, etc. that anyone has of Ralph. He is from Columbus, Georgia and was KIA August 29, 1969 in Tay Ninh, SVM. Also have been unable to contact any family members, such as his sister Christine, who also attended school with us in Germany. He was the "older brother" that I looked up to in school and still think about often. Every year I ride to "The Wall" on Memorial Weekend in his honor. I am retired and have 5 grandchildren now and try to instill in them, the enormous sacrifice that our young men & women made in this terrible conflict, who were unable to grow mature to have all the opportunities that the rest of us had. If there are any buddies or Family members out there, please send me a line, it will be most appreciated. God Bless us all.

My name is Paul Edward Knupp JR. I am looking for anyone who was in the 2/1 Cav attached to the 4th Inf Div from Oct 20 1968 to Oct 20 1969. I was at Blackhawk fire base in Plakai. I was on the platoon sargents tank. His name was Sgt Ericson. The driver of the tank I was on when I got in country name was Justin. I am trying to get my PTSD but I can't remember very much of that whole year. If anybody can help me I sure would appreciate it a lot. I was from Michigan (Detroit area)
