My uncle, Billy Wayne Duke was killed in action on March 28th, 1969 in Quang Tri. Billy was a member of the 5th Infantry Division. We know very little about the events surrounding Billy's death. Anyone who may have known Billy, please contact me at my email address. Thanks.

Franklin Charles McDonald was my father, he died when I was 14 months old and i know nothing about him other than his name the fact that he was an artist and that he served 4 tours of duty in vietnam he was a marine. If this name rings a bell please email me. Thank you.

also, he went by both Frank and Chuck. He made it home from vietnam and died in sept. of 78 or 79 in an oil rig accident.(?) He was supposedly living in Loredo Texas at the time. Thank you and god bless all of our soldiers. Danikan77@yahoo.com

AS A VIETNAM VET., I JUST WANT TO TAKE A MOMENT TO THANK ALL THE VETERAN'S OF WWII AND THEIR FAMILIES FOR ALL THE SACRIFICE'S THEY MADE TO LITTERALY SAVE THIS WORLD AND TO PRESERVE THE FREEDOMS I ENJOY TODAY. GOT A CHANCE TO VISIT THE WWII MEMORIAL, AND DISCOVERD WHILE THERE, THAT WE ARE LOOSEING AN AVERAGE OF 1,500 DAILY. GOD FORGIVE US FOR MAKING YOU WAIT SO LONG TO GET THE MEMORIAL YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD SOME 60 YEARS AGO. THERE ARE SO PRECIOUS FEW OF YOU LEFT THAT GOT TO SEE/VISIT IT.
