Iam looking for anyone who served with 2nd Marine Battalion, 3rd Regiment,3rd Division in Quang Tri Province August/Sept.1967.Victor was a ground casualty killed by small arms fire on Sept.21,1967.This information is all our family has, surrounding the actual circumstances of his death.We would welcome personal stories,more detailed info of where in Quang Tri he was ect.Before Vietnam, Victor was with 1st Marine Battalion 27th Marines Kancohe Marine Corps Air Station Hawaii.Last names of buddies in Hawaii Znaneicki,Tripptree,Lopez, Conrad. Moving Wall

We just visited the moving wall in Cartersville, Ga. It was a touching moment to see some of my old friends on the wall, including 1SG Pascal Poolaw, SFC Billy Charles and CPL George Antonitis. I served with a lot of brave soldiers during my tour in Nam in 1967-68. God bless those who survived and forever hold those who gave their lives to preserve freedom in the world.

I have a photograph showing a man with his right hand on the wall, while in the wall you can see the spirits of the soldiers past reaching up and placing one of their hands where the man has placed his. I would like to obtain a copy of that painting. It shows what I experienced when I was at the wall. Thank you.
