Is there anyone out there who knew Clifford Mullen, USN, CET3? Died 01/03/69 from nonhostile causes/accidental. He was from Missouri. Also, any former sailors out there who are familiar with the CET3 rating? I was a RD3, so I know Clifford was a 3rd Class PO. Is the CET a Seabee rating? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and God Bless all my Vietnam comrades, regardless of service branch.
