. . Contributed By Carl's sister, Gail Hanes On Monday, November 29, 2004
Did you know my brother, Carl Nitch [from western Pennsylvania], who served as a Navy Medic attached to the Third Marine Division in 1967-69? His buddies nicknamed him "Doc Cal". He was with them during the worst of the Tet Offensive when he lost all his gear and darned near his life. He died 12/31/2000 from Agent Orange-caused cancer. Would like to hear from anyone who served with him.

Bracelet Protocol: From MIA to KIA
. . Contributed By Tony Bilaver On Thursday, December 02, 2004
What is the protocol with the bracelet if the service member on an MIA bracelet is now listed as KIA? I had heard that you should break the bracelet, is this true. I've been wearing it since 1988.

How to Purchase a Photo
. . Contributed By Gayle Fullerton On Thursday, December 02, 2004
I am looking for the owner of the night shot at the wall with the monument. It is a awesome shot. I am a Navy photograper in the middle of a big design project. Credit would be given to the photographer and this photo would hang in the main building at the Naval Research Laboratory. I would greatly appreciate how one can purchase that or others posted in the Photo Gallery. Thanks

. . Contributed By Michael J. Pearson On Thursday, December 02, 2004
I'm looking for anyone who knew my brother George B. Pearson III. He was KIA on September 17 1966 in South Vietnam. I was only 6 when he died. Just trying to find out more about him. Really wish I could have spent more time with him. Any information will be greatly appreciated. He was with the 101st Airborne. I read a message from Raymond Capwell on my brother's page on the wall website who said he knew him, but I can't track him down. Does anyone know Raymond Capwell? Thanks.

ADDING A NAME TO THE WALL
. . Contributed By Don Doiron On Friday, December 03, 2004
My father's leg was amputated do to shrapenal from a mine during the Vietnam War. He died in 1988 from a blood clot from the amputation according to doctors. He was in great physical shape and his death took everyone by surprise. At that time my mother tried to have his name added to the wall but was denied. I understand names of those dying from injuries sustained during the war are now being added. Who can I contact to reactivate our request that his name be added to the wall.
