Specially, I'm interested in the symbolic nature of the wall and what the Wall represents to Veterans. While I was there, I wrote this poem, intended for all of those brave men and women who served before me. I would like to extend an special thankyou to all those men and women. Please take the time to read, I hope it meens as much to you as it does to me. We are American Soldiers. You of the past myself of the future. For you peace has come. For me peace is to begin. Your service has layed a great path before me. It is my promise to you, from a soldier to a soldier, from present to past. I will not falter. I will do all in my power to honor you and the purposes you faught for. I am proud to be an American soldier. To continue the fight for freedom. Now I end with a salute and a promise to make you proud to have been an American soldier.

He died last year and they cant even say what caused it, but we know he died in 68. I was trying to find out who to contact to get his name added to the wall because Vietnam killed him, it just took 30 plus years to do it.Thank you

He fathered a child with a woman named Cookie. James is aware of the child, whom he named Suzy Wong. She was born in 1970 or 1972.
