Putting a name on the wall . . Contributed By Leia Tsouris On Monday, April 25, 2005 My father Emmanuel Tsouris passed away on September 19th 1999 from cancer due to Agent Orange. I was told that his name could not be placed on the wall. I am wondering if this is true or not. If this is true i would like to know who gets to choose what names go on the wall. I believe his name should be up there along side the men who died in battle. It's frustrating to think that his name along with other men affected by agent orange would not be honored on the wall since they too did serve and protect our country during the war (and died as a result of the war). If anyone has information id appreciate it. Thank you
